I went to great efforts before the service and throughout my treatment to get a cost estimate by asking at the facility and calling many billing numbers and got no information. I received services at Ascension Seton Physical Therapy, 499 Old Austin Hwy, ******* ** on 11-23-2022 to 12-21-2022. I have spent probably about 30 hours dealing with this situation, and still have NO idea where my money is. I cannot get a consistent answer from anyone at the hospital - answers range anywhere from "we have no record of your account" to "the refund was applied to your outstanding bill" (of which there is **** outstanding) and finally "the refund will reach you in 5 weeks."I have all my receipts, documentation of the calls with insurance and the hospital, and even a few recordings of what I've had to go through to reach their **************** team.
